Viktor S. Wold Eide is CEO in Lividi and also actively involved
in technology
development. Eide's interests include distributed systems,
communication systems, publish-subscribe based communication,
multimedia, real-time systems, quality of service, and parallel
processing. He has published several papers on adaptable and scalable
video streaming systems. Eide holds a Dr. Scient. (Ph. D.) from the
University of Oslo, Norway, in 2005. The title of his thesis was
"Exploiting Event-Based Communication for Real-Time Distributed and
Parallel Video Content Analysis". Eide also holds a Cand.Scient. (M.
Sc.) from the University of Oslo, Norway in 1998. |

Hans Ole Rafaelsen is CTO and software architect in Lividi. His
interests include distributed systems, multimedia, communication, fault
tolerance, autonomic computing and real-time systems. Rafaelsen holds a
Dr. Scient. (Ph. D.) from the University of Tromsø, Norway, in 2006.
The thesis was entitled "Towards a framework for autonomic support of
heterogeneous multimedia applications". From 2005 until 2007 Rafaelsen
has worked as a senior software engineer at Fast Search & Transfer. |

Eli Gjørven is software architect in Lividi. Her interests include distributed systems, adaptable and dependable systems, service oriented systems, and self-managing systems. Gjørven holds a Dr. Scient (Ph. D.) from the University of oslo, Norway, in 2011. The title of the thesis was "Enabling Self-adaptation by Applying a Technology Agnostic Middleware with Support for Integration". Gjørven has previously been employed as a programmer and researcher by Simula Research Laboratory and the University of Oslo.
